The fall of Bunagana ultimate rebel stronghold of M23 and its allies
welcomed the members of the Presidential Majority .
During a press briefing hosted Friday, November 1 at their head , their
spokesman Luzanga Shamandevu , has paid tribute to the brave Congolese
soldiers who inflicted successive defeats men Makenga , thanks to the
instructions of Joseph Kabila , Supreme Commander of the FARDC.
The Presidential Majority appreciates value , the foresight of the head of
state to have laid the foundations for sustainable peace in eastern DRC
giving priority avenues of political dialogue and diplomatic negotiations ,

Given the recurrence and proliferation of opportunistic rebel movements ,
national and foreign armed groups that roam the eastern part of the DRC, the
majority urged his moral authority to continue the process of modernizing
the armed forces of the DRC to neutralize and permanently drive out of our
borders these active criminals in the commission of acts of rape and Inhuman
all kinds of sexual violence.
For these negative forces disappear forever on Congolese soil, MP
recommended that rape as a weapon of war is suppressed in the most radical
way and stopped and unshod authors promptly to justice , tried and severely
punished .
The members of Kabila reiterated their commitment to the recommendations of
the national consultations , according to the aforementioned basis of
national cohesion
