To build a good government and it remains in power you need very good policies.
And the fiasco of Rob Ford as a mayor of this city has educated many of us on
politics. This man can be elected next year because he tapped into a part of
the city. He is a Conservative and his agenda is to stop the gravy train that
money suckers tap into, now mathematically he has not found any gravy train but
a tax payer does not have the brains to look at numbers as I do. So to him that
is the policy he built himself into and just today the polls came out and he
had 36% of voters that would vote for him if we held a Mayoral election today.
Now in Toronto election you do not need a 50% but 36 is way more than you need
for the rest of them are going to scramble with the remaining. Last time we had
I think 40 mayoral candidates. With 36% you are laughing to the bank.
In a dictatorial country like Uganda you do not need a policy you need good
brains. As much as I agree that Museveni is a very shrewd man but Museveni
picked up the best brains out of Makerere and so on, piled them up and then
used them to write for him a best policy of terrorizing Uganda. Look closely,
the man attacked North for years, he isolated them and publicly named them
biological substances, they were raped and molested. Yet he created a character
of Konny that has served him so well within Northern Uganda, outside Northern
Uganda and also on international level. The Konny Character has played so well
for Museveni that one can only equate it to the character of Bin Laden to the
Obama administration. And why? Because those two characters were planted into a
such a way that you can never question their existence. They are like the
environment no one has ever questioned any argument based on it. When the Bin
Laden name is raised up Congress passes any bill and every American drops all
rights and Constitutional rights too. But for some very unknown reason, Joseph
Konny and Bin Laden remain the only people that create such a carnage when they
have no phone no gun no cell no barracks no weapon supply and a country
developed like United States has no ability to reach let alone stop them. And
yet every American on earth and every Northerner on earth trembles when a name
of Bin Laden or Konny gets mentioned ever.
When a brain writes such a policy for Washington let alone State House, it is a
very admirable brain. And such brains are the one that have abled Museveni to
be a life president. They calmly sit and write out an agenda then sell it to
Uganda population and the population buys with no questions asked. The brains
that created the fundamentals of Museveni leadership are Samson Mande,
Tinyefunza, Kiiza Besigye, Mugisha Muntonyera, Suleiman Kigundu and Bakulu
Mpagi to mention a few. They targeted UPC for it was a party to be careful of,
and they destroyed it, they targeted Northerners by going specifically for
Acholis, Museveni started by screwing Betty Bigombe and The entire North was
lined up. With time I am going to continue with this thesis, but if these
people were that good in building such a destructive regime in the country, can
we allow them to again build another one when we even know how destructive they
are? Do we really want to become Yoweri Museveni and ask these very same brains
to write us another Banana Republic? It becomes very worrisome for the very
same people that pumped up for Museveni, as WBK are the very same people
pumping how we need to deal with Tinyefunza with careful hands for the poor man
has apologized. Yes to you that Tinyefunza blew up your brother take a note to
his grave that WBK wants us to treat Tinyefunza with respect. People can I go
get a puke?

I think Mande has got a point but we shouldn't rush to make any conclusions as
Chim reports have done. This may be a strategy to oppose Museveni,I.e. not
putting all eggs in one basket. The trio: Mande, Sejusa and Besigye reportedly
met in London and talked, what came out of the talks? Is FDC better now under
Mugisha Muntu than it was under Besigye? Is it really a platform one can use to
remove Museveni from power?
These are the questions we should ask ourselves before criticising Tinyefunza
for forming FUF.

When Maj. Gen Mugisha Muntu rtd realized he was serving a wrong camp he came
out apologized and joined the people in the struggle to change the regime. He
humbled himself before Colonel Kizza Besigye despite the fact that Mugisha
Muntu was senior in rank. He acquired membership in the FDC and served
ordinarily.
He too could have formed a political party but he realised that it would be
just proliferation and fragmentation rather than consolidation of the
opposition against M7's NRM. Mugisha Muntu also sympathised with Dr Kizza
Besigye and tried to help him recover the lost victory. No wonder a good number
of members of FDC have rewarded Afande Mugisha Muntu to lead them, despite the
controversies surrounding his election!
"It is very true that Dr Kizza Besigye has been winning elections but robbed of
his victory! As Gen Sejusa has stated; "Kizza Besigye won by the way in 2006 –
I can as well give you another testimony (laughter and prolonged clapping). In
2006 Besigye won by maybe 69 per cent. Mr Museveni as an incumbent got
something like 50 something. By the time an African incumbent gets 50 something
you know he has already lost. So it’s not even in debate. But how was it
stolen?(laughter and prolonged clapping)."
Why is Sejusa then not willing to join Dr Kizza Besigye and help him recover
his victory but he is instead launching a political party to compete against
the good Doctor and his best man!!
Examine this statement from Sejusa. "I personally, my struggle is larger than
Mr Museveni’s. It is bigger because Mr Museveni is merely a representative of a
tragic situation, is a representative of an experiment that has gone tragically
wrong both in Africa and in our country. Museveni is merely a representative."
"My struggle" sounds like "my vision for Uganda and Africa", "My oil", "My
Army", "My animal which I hunted"
Ugandans, do you remember Dr Vicent Magombe the spokes person of FUF telling us
that FUF was not in a bid to govern? When I questioned the longest CV and bid
for 2016 presidential election by Gen David Sejusa Dr Magombe said that it was
not launched by Sejusa and that Sejusa had no fb account!!

Parallel centre. Gen Sejusa says a parallel tallying centre was set up at
Basiima House from where the results were pushed through to the official centre
at Namboole stadium.
