No The South Sudanese failed to find out why The Unitary system failed in
Sudan, they transferred themselves from the unitary system, walked with
their problem right into Federal system. An argument Ugandans like Jessica
Nakawombes fail to realize. Federalism is not a cure of ignorance it is a
system that works where people have matured and agreed to live together. Do
you see Robert Ssenkindu sending a check to Moroto for equalization? No to
him they are not human beings and must be eliminated. Do you see George
Okello sending money into EMs region to develop the schools of my kids? No
because I am a mental case. Do you see Edward Pojim sending money from East
to Buganda to develop our infrastructure through equalization? No because
many of us as Baganda are simply un educated as he luckily was educated. How
will you plant Federalism into Buganda when you are not going to implement
equalization? You are all going to remain in your regions those that are
educated as Edward Pojim are going to be stuck in Eastern Uganda as
ourselves that are uneducated stuck into Buganda, and the resources are not
going to flow across. That is the point where Abbey Ssemuwemba will pile up
all Rwandese under one umbrella of Mugisha Muntonyera to acquire Eastern
Uganda and expand Buganda to Kumi by killing all Easterners, then he is
going to turn around and split off Bugerere from Buganda thus creating a
state with Bugerere {River Ssezibwa} as a Western boarder and Kumi as
Eastern boarder calling it The Banyara Federal state, with one leader Abbey
Ssemuwemba as The Governor, the cost 2 million Bagweere 3 million Baganda.
Federalism is a very terrible idea and it is so shallow to even think about
it, for Ugandans are not mature to a level of living together and share some
powers as these developed countries do. The guys restoring our power today
in some parts of Toronto are French from Quebec, I saw them yesterday and
very few speak English, but we work together to pass through this problem.
They have huge materials for Quebec manufactures most of the electrical
materials in this country, they brought in the best that we need. Had this
been in Uganda the French would be looting Ontario right now and killing
half the population. Again why would Edward Pojim allow Baganda to go to his
region when the educateds have got a mud slide? Betty Kamya must be regarded
as public enemy number one and treated as such for she is clearly drafting
Kampala to become todays Juba.
Long live our Unitary System for it saves the un educateds from the
educateds. Geez !!!!!!

undermining it by dismissing elected Governors and replace them with his
loyalists.
