Just to clarify the situation we have in Uganda from a critical thinking
point than WBK and jessica Nakawombe of Feudalism, Acholis are avengers and
killers pure and very simple. on record, here it is. "The determination of
Acholi to avenge past suffering for which the people of West Nile were held
responsible was made explicit through inscriptions on walls and trees; the
Lugbara killed our people, now it is must be our turn to kill them". This is
public record a very reason kinds of myself go after this thread and with
all seriousness it so deserves. Before the elections of 1980 a delegation
was sent to West Nile by UPC and in its report, it was stated that the
delegation saw one scene of horror after another. In Moyo they found that
the soldiers had been left uncontrolled. They killed, looted, raped and
damaged properties. Do you want proof? I am calling George Okello as the
prosecution witness number one sir.
Perhaps what you do not understand is this, the people of West Nile and Madi
welcomed the overthrow and the fall of Iddi Amin. They did not flee to the
Sudan and Congo until 1980 when it became very apparent that Acholis were
going to slaughter them. After all, the Tanzanians had told them in
uncertain terms that after their departure, their safety and security was
going to be in danger. And that was very publicly stated, now tell me a
single Acholi family that was ever alerted by Tanzanians that if TPDF
leaves their lives will be in danger and I need only one family sir.
And by the way, you keep blaming me for camping all the Acholis as killers.
What did Black people do when Europeans classified and lumped the entire
black race as savages, primitive and backward? They have never withdrawn
that statement for the black race has never changed despite the so-called
education they brag about day in and day out. Would you blame them when you
see what is happening in South Sudan and Central Africa today? My request to
you is a simple one, have the courage to acknowledge that your tribe
massacred the Langis and people of West Nile and Madi District. I see you
are praising Abbey, the very man that defines the death of Luwerorians as
justified, trust me tomorrow he is going to justify the rape of a Acholi men
in camps.
There is no right that an Acholi owns to live safely in Northern Uganda that
a Langi must never be entitled to. I challenge you to state it.

That analogy is does not represent the fact. Ugandans are mature, its the
leaders who hold them back. What we need is rule of law, where every one is
the same and equal.
Currently, the situation is like the recently posted piece byAbbey
Semuwemba; the "animal farm". Some are more equal than others and that is
how it should remain.

That is what those preaching for federalism in Uganda are exactly doing. For
a couple of days I have gone after Acholis and killing Langis, but those
behaviors are not limited to Acholis, if you go to places like Tororo, you
will be surprised at the powers held by some of these punks. A man can sit
in Tororo and own authority that excede the one of the president in state
house. He has the money, he has the Police Officers in hand, he has the
business in his hand and he has the army commander in his hand, this
individual can get you arrested so fast and no one will ever know what
happened to you. Tororo becomes his own territory his own property to use
and abuse. He is not questioned by any one and he is never reported to any
one, you have no idea who he works for and you have no idea who pays him, he
is neither a Police Officer nor an army officer but bottom line if you do
not hand him a very good cash you simply will never do a business in Tororo.
Is this man working for Museveni? No he works for himself but respects no
law.
How does empowering this individual more by handing him a political will
save the country?

Federal is not the only option. In fact the way things are right now, its
not even an option at all. If peace is what we are after, everyone going
their way is the only solution that is sure deal for freedom. Then who ever
want can join up with whoever else is interested, and on their own terms.

You are not doing your own people any good by abandoning them for lights in

Why don't you get the "magezi" and take it back to your home? To your own

develop it as we want. All intereference has mishaped Kampala, its is so
dirty for no one cares, no accountability, no transparency for those in
power don't care! They come for the good life and have second homes in thier
original and ancestral homes!!
Why the education if it does not help those who get it? Demand and supply?
Baganda sacrificed so much to build Kampala, Kabaka's city. Others just come
to be parasites, drain it, make it dirty and flee!
What responsibility is that?

Fedralism is not different from Tribalism, how are you going to deal with
that, when uganda is divided along tribal line worst than in 1960s. To you,
the peace and development from 1962 to 65 was because of Kabaka Mutessa II
yet he was not alone, there were other leaders with whom, they made those
peace and development possible.
Today, uganda is a divided country, bringing Federalism will even make it
worst. Other wise, those fighting for Fedralsim are the one who are selfish
and greedy. They only want, to control what they have amassed during NRA/M
rule, from other ugandans to benefit from. The moment you declare fedralsim,
no one from out side buganda will be allowered or get a job in Kampala or
buganda. Yet, that is the capital city of uganda. It would be good to remove
the capital city of uganda from Kampala to a place where the people are not
for Federalsim, so that other ugandans can build their areas using unitary
system while Buganda is given Federo.
