Ugandans

These are such writings that really burn our gas for they are typically
useless. Museveni does not need a military opposition for he is not in power
militarily, he is in power for Ugandans love him to be in power. It does not
matter how many guns you pump into Uganda the man will be in power for he
delivers what Ugandans want. A society running very successful through
disorganization and anarchy. The population is satisfied and doing so well
for they are making money. Listen, I talked to a friend in Kampala last
night and we were talking about the new system of pay as you switch on the
power, the girl educated me that the system was dead way before it was
implemented for a very simple reason, we know how to by-pass it and get
power for free. And this is not a privy information to EM in Toronto it is a
public record and fully well-known publicly. So we all as society go out
there buy new systems implant them into the country but we sell the system
to by-pass it as well before we introduce it. And that is how many survive
and you are not changing them today.

Even if you plant a functioning government in Uganda today, you will fail
for the problem of Uganda in 2014 is not Museveni or the leadership but the
population its self that has been justified. We are going to get an election
in Uganda come 2016, Museveni is going to win for the population is going to
rightly elect him, and the Besigye the Muntu the FDC crap can sing vote rig
to Cows come home, but what intelligent Ugandan can vote anti Museveni today
to stop the free fella? The country is simply too fucked up and the sooner
we believe that the better for all of our brains. And anything else from
that truth is an illusion.

What is the real reason of a Ugandan in removing Museveni out of office
today? …………………..NO that is an Olara Otunnu firkin Kwara-Kwara.

With the weakening of the LRA and its subsequent relocation to DRC and CAR,
coupled by the containment of the ADF/NALU in eastern DRC, Museveni faces no
formidable armed threat to his life presidency project. Its against this
background that he gets the guts to engage his personal army into the
internal affairs of neighboring countries.

However, he knows very well that the northern region rejected his governance
right from the start. Though their rebellions (UPDA, HSM, LRA) were
suppressed, they have the potential to resurface in a more vigorous way.
That is why Museveni moves very first to contain their backers from inside
the Sudan. Both the LRA and the ADF were branded international terrorist
groups in order to discredit them. Its only a new force that can intergrate
some of their fighters into a new group.

Some of the former Museveni close associates have threatened to use force to
dislodge him from power. To some, Museveni has openly told them "you know my
address. We have been waiting for you for months now". After running out of
patience in waiting for such groups, Museveni is now convinced that they are
not coming and decides to take time off by sending his troops to South
Sudan. However, what he cant take for granted is the fact that rebellion
from within his own army is inevitable. That is why he focuses much
attention on his personal control over recruitment, training,
deployment/postings, transfers, procurement and utilization of combat
logistics of his army. To achieve this, he ensures that those with the
correct political clarity (personal loyalty) are the ones strategically
deployed.

What if a serious uprising broke out in Uganda, wont he be compelled to
withdraw his troops from South Sudan????

INFORMATION IS POWER.
