We are all not in diaspora, I know a number of people that have left and come
back, tell you this, a removal of a bad government does not need us to come
back and it does not need money, it needs the people in the country themselves
standing up and saying that we can do better. Ugandans at home are saying that
this is the best government they can ever have. And do you know why? It allows
them to survive on looted money. The government I have in Ontario the
government Gook has in Europe the government most of us live under are not good
for the track you down and get you at the end of the day, that is what Museveni
and the Movement erased out of Uganda. They allowed you to create a ghost list
of teachers and get their pay. They allowed you to create a ghost list of
soldiers and get their pay, they allowed an army pay officer to pack the salary
of a barracks and eat it. When you are short sighted that is a very good
government to live under. And Uganda population is short sighted.
And now that you have decided to go after us with no cause, let me also say
this. There is nothing worrying many of us as getting retired in these
societies, we rather preferred to prepare for our retirement to be home. Now if
you’re in diaspora read this very careful before you dump money home. There are
Ugandans that bought property at home or built good homes to go home and retire
into, when retirement arrives and they pack their things to go home the
governments here and banks agree to send their retirement money home at a
monthly basis. Those that have gone have started to come back. Read this very
carefully. They have retired and have money saved in banks for retirement, they
have a retirement check from institutions coming into their banks on a monthly
basis. But the situation in Uganda is so cumbersome that they have failed to
live in Uganda and they are starting to pack and come back. Don’t be an idiot
and prepare to retire in Uganda you are going to be screwed and very large. The
population is demented, there are no services and you will be so frustrated and
you will come back or die into that zoo.
If you need to retire outside these countries, there are better countries to
retire into, and you can do it even in African countries, Cameroon is not bad,
even for worse Kenya Tanzania and so on are not that bad, but Uganda is too
fucked up man don’t even dare think about it. And all indications are that they
are going into a civil war very soon, and you will be the first target. Uganda
remains like a long distant relationship of a woman you love but will never
dare sponsor to come and live with you permanently.

Its very True président museveni has no rebel or military opposition,,président
museveni only has internet opposition with Most of thèse Guys outside uganda
but to make it worse thèse internet Guys operate from hidings where they
are..they dont have sufficient documents others dont want to come back uganda
because they have not accumulated enough money to come back to uganda to
appease their parents and relatives...
Who in uganda can support a military opposition?.

promote overstaying in power" - Hon Gerald Karuhanga Youth MP Western Uganda
says.
And she responds; "I want to tell you categorically clear that Gerald is
ideologically disoriented, frustrated and his head is empty, he is just an
empty box that makes noise and he does not understand where this country is
coming from and where its supposed to go." Hon Evelyne Anite is a Youth MP for
Northern Uganda.
The only difference between Anite Evelyn and Karuhanga Gerald is that the
former is more straight forward and honest.Otherwise the two of them are just
individuals scheming for power and groceries.Karuhanga himself is not a saint
politicalwise.He is actually the master of cheap schemes and ploys to attract
political attention.
Karuhanga wanted to stand with Janet Museveni in Ruhama. Janet sponsored him to
stand for Youth MP. Why didnt he stand on the flag of FDC, the same ticket he
had used to win the Makerere Guild elections?

MUSEVENI HAS NO ARMED OPPOSITION
With the weakening of the LRA and its subsequent relocation to DRC and CAR,
coupled by the containment of the ADF/NALU in eastern DRC, Museveni faces no
formidable armed threat to his life presidency project.Its against this
background that he gets the guts to engage his personal army into the internal
affairs of neighboring countries.
However, he knows very well that the northern region rejected his governance
right from the start. Though their rebellions (UPDA, HSM, LRA) were suppressed,
they have the potential to resurface in a more vigorous way. That is why
Museveni moves very first to contain their backers from inside the Sudan. Both
the LRA and the ADF were branded international terrorist groups in order to
discredit them. Its only a new force that can intergrate some of their fighters
into a new group.
Some of the former Museveni close associates have threatened to use force to
dislodge him from power. To some, Museveni has openly told them "you know my
address. We have been waiting for you for months now". After running out of
patience in waiting for such groups, Museveni is now convinced that they are
not coming and decides to take time off by sending his troops to South Sudan.
However, what he cant take for granted is the fact that rebellion from within
his own army is inevitable. That is why he focuses much attention on his
personal control over recruitment, training, deployment/postings, transfers,
procurement and utilization of combat logistics of his army. To achieve this,
he ensures that those with the correct political clarity (personal loyalty) are
the ones strategically deployed.
What if a serious uprising broke out in Uganda, wont he be compelled to
withdraw his troops from South Sudan????
