This morning I asked my name sake a question about the Kansas bill, a
question he has refused to respond to because he is out to preach how
perfect Obama is. But the Kansas bill 2453 in brief if passed as it seems
to pass, will allow people in Kansas to refuse gay people goods, services,
benefits, or employment, if the individual felt the homosexual persons
relationship was against their sincerely held religious beliefs. So the bill
its self is to allow citizens to openly discriminate, rather than the state
itself doing it.
Where does the Obama administration get the moral right to go after Museveni
today?

M7 is between a rock and a hard place.
If M7 does not sign this bill, he risks annoying the
christian fundamentalists who sponsored the bill.
These are very secretive and powerful people in the US,
and its a question of who he fears most. (Obama or the CF)

I have read through it, even President Obama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu

So it is not likely to be this report but something else and ism saying that
something else is UPDF's entry in South Sudan and Secretary John Kerry's
demand that YKM withdraws the army from South Sudan. What is it USA wants
more? YKM knows the tradeoffs.

Attached is the Ministry of health report to the President of Uganda on
homosexuality. Read it without any prejudice and make your own conclusion.
But it looks like someone is definitely giving the president rotten eggs for
advise. The corresponding press release against which M7 may have based his
decision is cooked too much!
However, I think the authors of the report became political when they say
that it is not an abnormality. I agree with their proposals that it needs to
be regulated and this is the reason we have the Anti-Gay Bill. I believe,
instead of imprisonment, for offenders, we should focus on rehabilitation.
Gayism, like bestiality, incest etc is a bad sexual orientation and those
guilty need rehabilitation and moral support!

Folks:
YKM had said he would not sign the bill. I still think he won't but is
using the threat to get back at the USA for asking him to remove his army
from South Sudan. It is a negotiating strategy.
At the end of the day, USA will even support YKM to remain in South Sudan
and YKM will not sign the bill. In negotiation it is called BATNA: Best
Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement.
