Yup I think this time around, I have hit the right button essentially taking
these killers off guard. This rubbish of referring to me as an Acholi will
simply not cut it. What else have they not called me? A Munubbi, Tutsi,
Hutu to you name it. Gwokto, too late too little for you people to do
differently than what you did in the past, and what you are doing right
now. And just on record, I simply have no desire of becoming an Acholi.

Get this process map embedded in your minds firm. Old Fox M7 is yet at at
the exploiting game again. So, it was first said UPDF invasion in South
Sudan was completely funded by Uganda (that includes you and me the
dishwasher in kyeyo-land) in the mayhem that has forever debilitated the
lives of zillions in South Sudan. Has it ever occurred to you that the Old
Fox has continued to exploit us (the Acholi or the Muganda) ruthlessly for
the good of none other than his family?
Believe me, I know you didnt get it yet and I will tell why and how I know
you didnt get it. I said in an earlier posting here that to the outside
world there are only two ethnic people who make Uganda. The Gisu and Soga
plus the many other suckers are relatively unknowns in the equation. The
outside world knows these two dominant groups that make the country called
Uganda are the Acholi and Baganda, And btw, they know nothing called Luo.
Rest of of you suckers should know that you are unknowns. For peace and
tranquility to prevail there got to be one penned by these two tribes (as
you want to call them). It will be done and will hover over you like a
miracle planned i heaven. Rest of you can agree to disagree and disagree to
agre but that will hav e no effect on Uganda as a country without Greater
Acholi and Little Buganda.
In case you havent known yet, Mulindwa who is popularly known here as EM is,
matter of fact, an Acholi.

Contrary to Ugandan government officials who claim that the country is
funding the mission, Manyang while appearing on the popular Juba based Eye
Radios The Sundown Show on Friday spilled the beans:
It is the government of South Sudan footing the bill of the operation which
started officially on December 23, last year when a fierce fighting broke
out in Juba and entered to other towns.
"We are funding all the activities of UPDF and SPLA in our territory,"
Manyang clearly stated.
This comes almost a month when the officials from the Ugandan Defence
ministry which Uganda Peoples Defence Forces fall under, openly said that
they were funding the operations in the neighbouring country an that they
were preparing for a mega budget addition through asking for a supplementary
budget.
The minister of Defence and his deputy, Chrispus Kiyonga and Gen. JeJe
Odong, told Parliament early this year both in the committee of Defence and
the Whole House when they were asking for approval, that South Sudan
government is not going to give them a penny but the UPDF leadership is
ready to fund the mission which stretches up to about 2000kms from the army
headquarters in Bombo.
Minister Manyang on the same show also dismissed claims that UPDF and SPLA
are carrying out aerial bombardments in the Upper Nile State.
"Neither SPLA nor UPDF who are together with us has carried out or is
planning to carry out any aerial raids in Malakal or any Upper Nile State
position," the minister added.
When contacted on phone over the funding, the UPDF political commissar, Col.
Felix Kulaigye, asked to be called back later.
However, the officials from Defence ministry and UPDF in the past when they
denied involving in any combat operation in S. Sudan saying, they were only
on evacuation and protection of international installations but when the
Commander-In-Chief President, Museveni, arrived in Luanda on January 15, he
revealed that were directly fighting against the rebels of former vice
president, Dr. Riek Machar.
