A fresh massive attack has taken place in Malakal South Sudan today. Malakal
is the capital of the oil state of Upper Nile, many people are dead, let us
remember that this state was at one time controlled by the rebels and they
were flushed out by government forces to be put back to the government
control. Well the rebels have decided to go after it again. A source in
London is stating that a camp of Oxfam in Malakal has just under 30,000
people in shelter and it is right now surrounded by the rebels. The piece
deal that was signed by the government and the rebels just recently has just
gone up in smokes. We are putting everyone in South Sudan in our prayers
this early morning.
