If we are to go the way some people judge the decisions of judges in Uganda, then I should say that the judges of the Supreme Court of Uganda, who reinstated the 4 rebels MPs, are biased and work in support/favor of the opposition! They always make judgments which favor the opposition against the NRM.
The opposition MPs even had to "warn" the justices in advance to ensure that they rule in favor of the expelled MPs in what would appear intimidation of the judiciary! Apparent for any judge in Uganda to be seen to be dispensing justice, then he must rule only in favor of the opposition. Any judge who rules against the opposition is immediately declared an NRM cadre! So much for justice in Uganda! -------------------------------------------- On Thu, 3/6/14, Herrn Edward Mulindwa <[email protected]> wrote: Subject: Re: [Ugnet] {UAH} Uganda: MPs Warn EC, Supreme Court To: [email protected] Cc: "'Oryema Johnson'" <[email protected]>, [email protected], "G_NET" <[email protected]> Date: Thursday, March 6, 2014, 2:10 AM Hanna Ogwapiti Why don’t I hear any one going after the decision of this court? I though we have always been fade garbage in this very forum of how bias they are? They are called Movement judges and they hate facts and they are supporters of the government. Where is John L when I need him the most? Where is Akim Odong who preaches how judges are way influenced by the government in Uganda? Speak up and speak up now or cut the chuff you spew out.
