We are getting reports that Niger has handed over Al-Saadi to Libya.
Al-Saadi is the son of Moammar Gadhafi that has been all along under house
arrest in Niger since his fathers government crumbled back in 2011. On
record Al-Saadi is wanted by the Libyan authority but not by the ICC. I have
to add as well that his brother Seif Al-Islam Is held by militia in Libya
which refuses to hand him to the government for trial.
Again Al-Saadi has been extradited back to Libya and the aircraft he was on
board has just touched down into Tripoli.
