Case in point United States wanted Uhuru in power than Raila that was going to
hand Kenya back to UK and Liberia Charles Taylor was never removed from power
due to his dictatorship but he refused to sell Liberia to United States, today
it is directly run by Washington and the minerals are flying out daily. It is
insane to state that Taylor was removed for he was a dictator, my God haven’t
we seen the worst of them in power? Case in point was Taylor worse than
Museveni? Yes he gets breakfast with Obama daily. Liberians cooperating? Well
try getting a super power to work with Acholis to sell off Uganda it will go
like a snap the Olara Otunnu and Norbert Mao’s will line up themselves for the
easy sell. I have a problem defining that as a cooperation from Ugandans.
Liberians are dying today worse than they did under Taylor they are crying for
him to come back yet it is very illegal such reports to be posted. And by the
way the reporting about Liberia by Ocen is limited to Charles Tylor was
arrested. How is it doing democratically? Just asking !!!!!

It is way twisted and way complex for such discussion.

Pojim;

The truth of the matter is that Uhuru's case has all but collapsed for the
following reasons:

1) For the first time ICC is facing a defendant who is the appointing authority
of a nation. All the other cases where ICC has got convictions, the home
governments have been cooperative in giving the required evidence. Case in
point Charles Taylor, is out of power and the powers that be in Liberia
gleefully gave evidence;

2) Key witnesses have "disappeared" and as long as Francis Muthaura, was let
Scot free, there is no way they will convict Uhuru;

3) ‎Kenya which never gave a damn about Africa Liberation is all of a sudden
talking in those terms. The rest have chosen to 'circle Wagons' against ICC;

Folks;

I also urge both sides of the ICC case to take pause and wait for the logical
finality of the case. But, as I previously opined here, it's incumbent upon the
accused to absolve themselves rather than suffocate the trial by refusing to
cooperate with the ICC.
