Do you actually know a tribe in Uganda that believes that raping a disabled
woman is doing her a favor? Can you cite a single tribe in our country that has
raped their entire disabled people for culture believes such? Can you cite an
international organization that has raised that tribe when we are at it !!!!!

Be very careful with Barigye, Bakiga have been friends to every one thus
covering Acholi violence to him is no big deal. On record Bakiga oldies advised
Amin to become a life president. And when I am done with the series I will
follow-up on that to listing the Bakiga that made that recommendation. Be very
careful to jump to his band wagon for violence always happens in The North but
never in Kigezi, yet barigye is all over all camps.
