John Nsubuga
Higenyi’s name was important to be drawn into this discussion, you see Dr Kiiza
Besigye has such a selective memory, in that he does not remember any one that
got murdered in Uganda when he was a minister. The only people he has seen
dying are the ones that died as soon as he left his ministerial post. Imagine
if Besigye stood up and demanded for accountability to the death of that man,
Besigye would have left a policy on books to stop such silly deaths, yet he
never cared for the man was not an FDC member. May be his supporter would have
been alive today? And Besigye is not alone, when you look closely at Allan
Barigye’s argument, he knows so many Ugandans that died during Iddi Amin’s
time, he knows their names and how they died and he has got the details to the
actual data of who died and who did not. As soon as Iddi Amin leaves power in
1979 Barigye loses memory. When you push him to people died in Luwero and
people died in West Nile, people died in Acholi, he has no clue what you are
talking about for the numbers you are raising are after Amin’s departure.
At minimum some of us have the strength to admit that people died in Amin’s
government, we do not only agree to that fact, but we call for a commission of
inquiry to find out who died where and who murdered him. Here is the tragedy of
Barigye, he Is not comfortable to that either. His comfort is only limited to
writing in public forums how Amin killed so many people, but he does not want
you to narrow that discussion to who killed them and who were killed, now that
becomes a very uncomfortable situation for the friend. The reason I oppose Dr
Kiiza Besigye is that I am more about changing policies in Uganda than changing
leaders. I am more about stopping senseless murders for we have installed good
tight laws to stop such, and the only way we can get that is by understanding
who has been murdering people and sending them to court. Kiiza Besigye can
never allow us to investigate those murders and thus we can never write proper
laws to stop senseless murders. The more he thinks about this issue the more he
sees those deaths coming to his back yard, thus the term “We all have been
violent let us not look back but forward” I am sorry but I have never murdered
any one and I do not think I am alone in this category.
Crying for this man is important, but John Nsubuga how many have we actually
cried for? Doing the same thing always and expect a different result reaches a
point and it exacerbates every intelligent man out there.

Edward Mulindwa,
You who care so much about this man's predicament has announced him dead when
he is alive and being treated in hospital. I'm not sure why you're smuggling in
Higenyi in this debate, but Uganda is littered with dead bodies, you can as
well mention all of them to prove your caring nature.
And you say I'm not showing empathy!!

John Nsubuga
You know that is the exact argument building Uganda’s turmoil. Look closely at
the people complaining today about this murder, they were the very same people
that kept quite when Higenyi was murdered in day light by the very same police
force. Why was that death of any lesser value than this one? Because we
complain selectively. John if you were a relative of this man you would have
debated this issue more intelligently. But since you do not know this man you
simply do not care. Friends this situation is not going to get any better till
when we all stand up and go after it collectively.
I have a Canada day to celebrate I got to go, I have wasted enough time with
Ugandans for the day.

Again, stick to the Acholi series program, you're not conversant with some of
these things. Your primitive judgement is purely based on a picture you did not
take. Were you at the scene of the crime to ascertain for sure that what you're
looking at was not the moment first aid was being administered? Is it the
absence of a mouth -to- mouth action picture? And where did you get that
information that the victim is dead?

Is there a value handing a dead first aid?
Probably there is and I just do not know it. Thank you for the information.

Edward Mulindwa, the degrees are six, why are you trimming them to five? Have
you ever heard of the word called first aid? it involves contaminating
evidence, no degree required. Your expertise in this area is not solid enough,
please stick to your Acholi series.

My none degree intelligence tells me that this site is a crime scene and right
now with those very people standing thee it is being contaminated left but
center. Again as you degree holders want to use this death to go after the
government, I will start by solving this crime and keeping the scene secure is
paramount into that. But again I am talking to people that keep on killing each
other and always blame the government from the day I was born. So what is knew
here !!!!!!
On record John Nsubuga educated us already how he owns 5 and half degrees.

Mulindwa, please stop!! How else do you expose the regime's heinous crimes
inflicted on Ugandans if not this way? They would deny it, this is not Canada
so suck it up, or shut up.
Where is your none degree holder intelligence?
