Both Dr Kiiza Besigye and Abbey Semuwemba are Yoweri Museveni suckers, so your
question does not count sir. At minimum Winnie Byanyima was smarter than both
of them, to use what she has to gain what she did not have. For some very
unknown reason The Abbey Semuwemba’s and Dr Kiiza Besigye’s, unlike Winnie
Byanyima, failed to use what they have to gain what they needed. At minimum I
can say this, Abbey Semuwemba and Dr Kiiza Besigye know where they want they go
they just do not know how to drive themselves to arrive.

In case you are wondering who is sponsoring all his trips, he clarified that a
couple of days during one of the UNAA sessions that, unlike the 70 MPs that
were sent to represent the govt, he is personally financing all his trips out
of his own money.
