With this posting be notified that in compliance with the United Nation
sanctions on North Korea, Uganda government is instructing the following
North Koreans to leave Uganda immediately, All North Korean Military
experts, and all representatives of North Korean companies, including its
top arms dealers. The only North Korean allowed to remain in Uganda is a
diplomat or a private individual. With this decision, every North Korean
working with Korea Mining Development Trading Corporation must leave Uganda
immediately. North Koreans have started to exit Uganda customs by this
posting. It is important to thus note that North Korea has been training
Uganda Air Force pilots and technicians under a contract to expire March
2018. Uganda was warned that the contract was in violation of the sanctions
against North Korea.
