I need to expand on the Zirobwe mixed farm I posted this morning, it is not only to focus on such a farm built under the mixed farming scope, the end goal must be to invest into the very people that work in that farm. I am going to use a number of 2,500 employees in this farm, from managerial to the cleaners I just do not care, all I have at my hand is 2,500 people employed at this farm. They all get paid twice a month, but based on their grade of pay, they have services they require to do their jobs. When they go home every day they screw each other and guess what happens, they create babies, now Zirobwe needs a maternity, they are religious people thus go to church and Mosque every weekend, that is a new church and a new Mosque built in Zirobwe. They live in homes, and those homes need to be built, thus carpenters and builders, painter, electricians, plumbers and what have you are required. Their kids go to school, thus a school in Zirobwe. All these investments create various jobs only to carter to this population. The money they make out of the farm is redistributed to the secondary employees that support this population with its services. The Zirobwe city on top tax all of them. Because the town is developing, you need another class of people, city managers to run the city, to run the sewage system in Zirobwe for these people shit, the Dan Bwanikas that have been planning for Kampala their entire adult life, will move to plan for Zirobwe. The Barigyes that only talk about Kampala water and sewage systems will start to talk about Zirobwe system. The John Kwitonda that talk about the Kampala getting bus services, will start to talk about Zirobwe bus services, for these people need to commute from work to home. When you multiply all these farms you have created into the axis, discussing Uganda issues will end being about Kampala. I left the town of Kayunga about 40 or so years ago, the last time I visited that town I was so surprised that it never changed. My entire life was about communication, but by the time I left that town, 15 people were able to talk at one time to the out side of Bugerere, that is via Kampala. So we had the ability to call Kampala and connect any one out of Kasawo/Kangulumira/Ndese/Kayunga and 15 people would do that at one time. Because we built the system preparing it for Data Communication, we had wired many of the homes and expanding. In fact the last writing we did was to improve the communication system so that Bbale gets connected and revise the number of lines from 15 to 20, for we had a problem with specific customers that had a huge traffic of calls, Kayunga Hospital, Kayunga Police station, the administration office, the growers factories in Kayunga/Kasawo/Kangulumira, we had schools that were building such a traffic. All these organizations were paying their bills and Kayunga was in number one growth in small post offices, due to the telephone traffic. The entire system crumbled down, for everyone is using cell phones, and when you talk to them about land lines, and wiring the town as the only way to run Data they ask you what is firkin Data. I cried and swore to never return to Kayunga for it became what it should never had to become. If we managed to reach this level of development in the 70s, can you simply imagine if Kayunga continued at that speed to today? Yes it all had to go down for Iddi Amin was such a terrible man and today Peter Simon Okurut wants to walk the candidate to the firkin bridge for he is the problem. I firkin shudder !!!!!! You have lived into this delusion of Kampala this, Kampala that, we now know who even is the MP of that bridge, why did he leave? For you all refused to invest into those people, and you invested into Kampala. Kampala sewage system, Kampala roads, Kampala buses, Kampala electricity supply and Kampala LDC. At what age will you start to discuss Mucwiini, Moroto, Katakwi, Ombaci, have you ever written a piece about the problems or successes of the people in kyishuro Nyamiyanza? And who exactly discusses them if they are not in UAH? Well if you managed to go for the photograph of the broken down bridge surely you should have told us another sewage system they have that has failed too? Oh they just dont shit? It is all of you waking up, it is about leaving the Kampala politics and you invest into these people. 95% of Ugandans are politicians, and do you know what you need to contest for presidency in Uganda, a deep hate of Museveni. That is it and Abbey Semuwemba is your best friend, and you must stand and get elected. Abbey Semuwemba does not need you to be a leftie or an extreme right, let alone if you even know what is to lead the country, as long as you hate Museveni you are in. If you expand these programs you will cut the political anarchists in Uganda into half, for they will have something to do with their lives. Where did Dr. Kiiza Besigye get all those Coons he was torching Kampala property with? Last night I went to bed at mid night and woke up this morning at 4am, any chance you think I can join the Coons to oppose the premier of this province? You have revolved within this door way to long, and you have been caught hostages by degree holders that feed on Kampala, you need to kick your selves out, and get into the population. You do no need Museveni, you do not need a government in Entebbe, those people actually have very little to do with your lives, get your hand on the educated population you have, a good weather you have, a fertile land you have and move the country forward. Public good my ass !!!!!! {Excusez mon français} EM -> { Trump for 2020 } On the 49th Parallel Thé Mulindwas Communication Group "With Yoweri Museveni, Ssabassajja and Dr. Kiiza Besigye, Uganda is in anarchy" Kuungana Mulindwa Mawasiliano Kikundi "Pamoja na Yoweri Museveni, Ssabassajja na Dk. Kiiza Besigye, Uganda ni katika machafuko"
