I think we need to impose a tax for Rwandese in uganda. They cant be kn a
constitution in uganda when theh have their own country...ejther they pay to be
in Uganda or they go home.
It is doing things half haphazardly, I went after this Rwandese are Ugandans
nonsense, and the larger brains, the ones that fit so many books to get a
degree, argued that if Canada allowed EM to be a Canadian, Rwandese must have a
right to be Ugandans. Those very same “large” brains fail to realize that there
is a large part Canada did before it allowed EM in. Canada knows my name they
know where I live, they know how much I make and they know how much taxes I
pay. And it is a lot of taxes for ten thousand dollars simply does not make it
a year. If I go to a banking institution anywhere in this country or in United
States, and send out money passed 1,000 dollars they need my two pieces of ID,
and one must be a government issued Identification.
Just how much information do you have on those Rwandese? Squat.
Ugandans need to go right back to what Iddi Amin left, rewire all those towns
and cities with phone lines, install fiber optics, so that a grand Ma in Ndesse
town that I left with a working phone line, can use that very same phone line
to sit in Ndesse and log her lap top on. The reason you are able to sit in your
home and log on is because there is a physical telephone line coming into your
home, it is not a satellite but most likely a fiber optic, a telephone line or
a firkin loop. You need one of those but they all go with wiring up every
single house. Because Grand Ma in Ndesse can log her lap top on, that is how
the government will use the very same system to collect the data on that
Rwandese, on you and on all Ugandans. So before you manufacture all those
Rwandese into Uganda by product, go back to Ndesse and rewire the home I wired
way back in the 70’s, install a data exchange into Ndesse to feed Grand Ma’s
house with a firkin loop, then start to allowing all Rwandese, all Congolese
and all Indians as Ugandans. Ugandans must stop doing things half haphazardly.
Did you know that Uganda as a country does not have a single project they build
to be expanded in later years !!!!!! No they walk in and build some crap from
the ground then it gets destroyed, there was such an effort to loot telephone
exchanges after the fall of Uganda in 1979, that I drove to the Ombaci
satellite station, and would not even find a firkin single five inches wire.
Every thing had been looted, the question remained, what is the looter going to
use these equipment’s for? They had totally no value to anybody.
In every single war, soldiers of the government and of the incoming enemy,
target to protect government installations first, for those installations work
for both sides, the outgoing army and the incoming army, Firkin Acholi, were
starting with blowing up firkin telephone exchanges.
And a man calls them biological substances that no one has to live with, and
