I made a minor change to the website to point to the uima wiki correctly.
Also rewrote the top page with a bit more explanation about what is UIMA - it's viewable if you browse
http://incubator.apache.org/uima/index-draft.html If it's OK, I'll switch it to index.html so it will come up as the default. Also updated the committers page to list the committers. -M
