Resolution: Fixed
Fixed. Only thing left to look at here is the Swing Widget (that's a guess) that is
being used by the CVD to display "help" and see what if anything can make that
better. If more is needed there, please open a new issue with some details.
How did you arrive at the numbers you put in the file? PDF looks ok
now, but the Swing html viewer still has the same problems. You can try
this out by creating a launch for CVD and adding
.../uima-docbooks/target to the classpath.
Unfortunately, the whole DocBook build no longer works for me after your
changes. It complains about the xi:include namespace. When I replace
2001 by 2003, things work again. Did you not see this issue?

P.S. It would be nice if we could use metric instead of imperial
measures ;-) Inches don't compute in many parts of the world...
