The text sample files which carry no license info: Do we need to say somewhere else (perhaps in the NOTICES file) that the following text data files are licensed under <insert name of license>? The ones from IBM we donated as part of the software grant, so we licensed these to ASF under the same license we licensed all the other sources.

I guess the only one that is not ours to give away is "Moby Dick", and that's in the public domain and so doesn't need special mention, I think. Let's see what the Incubator PMC has to say. Do we have other text files that are not of IBM origin and thus covered by the software grant?
