I've checked other releaes VOTE threads on [EMAIL PROTECTED] There doesn't seem to be universal agreement, but at least some people post their release artifacts to their public_html directory on [EMAIL PROTECTED] So my suggestion is that prior to requesting the vote on general I move all of the release files to my public_html directory so they will be accessible at: http://people.apache.org/~alally/uima-2.1.0-incubating/
