The source distribution for uima-as has the source for a very few of the base
uima jars (e.g. uimaj-core), only. The addSourceToJars script only does this
for 3 uimaj-as-xxx jars. Probably need to decide to either ship all of the
base uima source for the level, (and capture that in the "tag"), or go with the
alternate strategy of having developers download the base uima source for the
base source (but at what version/level?).
