Marshall Schor closed UIMA-969.
-------------------------------

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: 2.2.2AS
         Assignee: Marshall Schor

I think this is not a problem (any more). The build process for UIMA-AS is to
build it upon a particular tagged release of base UIMA (in the current case,
2.2.2) or from source. This results in reproducable source levels, and any
user wanting the source for the base UIMA that goes with UIMA-AS will naturally
get the official source distr and that will work.

> uima-as source distribution is inconsistent in what sources it includes from
> base uima

> The source distribution for uima-as has the source for a very few of the base
> uima jars (e.g. uimaj-core), only. The addSourceToJars script only does
> this for 3 uimaj-as-xxx jars. Probably need to decide to either ship all of
> the base uima source for the level, (and capture that in the "tag"), or go
> with the alternate strategy of having developers download the base uima
> source for the base source (but at what version/level?).
