the BSFAnnotator , DictionaryAnnotator, FSVariables, OpenCalaisAnnotator,
SnowballAnnotator,Tagger, TikaAnnotator have the same problem too.
Every UIMA dependency has to be converted to 2.3.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT
(uimaj-test-util, uimaj-component-test-util for example) , isn't it?
