Hi Katrin, Does any error message get printed to the console when this happens?
I have seen a similar behavior due to a bug in the Annotation Viewer having to do with the new primitive types we introduced in v2.0 (byte, short, long, double, boolean). Do the annotations that won't display have features of any of these types? If so, this has been fixed in the Apache UIMA codebase and the fix will be out in v2.1, expected next month. -Adam P.S. Hi, I am using the XCasAnnotationViewer (uima SDK 2.0.2). Normally, it works fine. However, some of my annotations it doesn't show for some reason. In detail, when I open an annotated document (xmi-format) within the viewer, I get a list of annotations below the document which I can select. When I then click in the text on the colored annotations I can see the annotation detail on the right. But there are some of my annotations, which I -- though I can click on them in the text -- cannot see in the right side of the window (annotation details). Does anybody know why this is ? Or what could be the error ?
