Hi Graeme,

LINX is basically suffering a bit of fail (yet again) on their Brocade
network, seemingly centered around members connected to switch16 in
Telehouse East.

Subsequently there has been a lot of packet loss over the last hour or so,
and currently LINX members are pulling their sessions from the Brocade
network which is slowly stabilising things.

So yes a reasonable disturbance in The Internet.
