nor mine. But it was a perception that I heard coming from otherwise sussed 
people new to Internet looking to get their bit of the "cyber real estate". It 
wasn't so much they were not technically sussed (which was also the case) but 
that they didn't understand DNS delegation and the potential implications of 
this in terms of dependencies.
