We get specifically asked for a few of the CentralNIC subdomains, and have tried to make it clear when discussing them with clients, exactly what they are and how it works. The biggest concern over the "temporary switch of management" for gb.com was with clients who use it as their main email address, so it's tied to things like paypal accounts. For everyone affected that we host, we gave them all a free "real" domain and migrated the hosting account data to that, which helps in some aspects (access to old email, webmail services etc), but doesn't pay for the rebranding, reprinting of stationary etc gb.com never seemed to "rank" well - google not accepting it as equivalent to a domain (an issue not faced as much by uk.com) Rob
