It's not that "some DC's are a problem", but rather (in my experience) that
BTW does not offer any incentive for having one or both ends of a circuit be
in a datacenter. There's no 'on-net' discount. Whereas, other carriers treat
DC's as on-net, and there are no 'tail circuit' costs - just port costs.

Can BTW offer 10G waves between a Manchester DC and a London DC for less than
20k/year? Several of the competition can...
