You could buy some capacity to a pop in docklands or Slough.. there's no "international gateways" in Bournemouth as has been pointed out, so the best you can do is be in charge of your own backhaul and then you have a wide choice of suppliers on the end of the circuit - a small switch will even allow you to multihome. If you're at 1G or above this is a good strategy, if you're less than that you're going to struggle to make the project pay for itself and may as well buy from the guys who can service your building..
