Based on what I've seen so far: Leased Line = non Ethernet (i.e. E1, etc) Ethernet Extension = same as BT EAD, within the same Virgin franchise area Ethernet Extension + = same as BT EAD, but across a franchise boundary National Ethernet = P2P Ethernet over their MPLS network HCS = Wavelength services I've not come across the other terms from our sales guys - are they perhaps legacy products, or just someone's pet name for a product?
