Based on what I've seen so far:

Leased Line = non Ethernet (i.e. E1, etc)

Ethernet Extension = same as BT EAD, within the same Virgin franchise area Ethernet Extension + = same as BT EAD, but across a franchise boundary

National Ethernet = P2P Ethernet over their MPLS network

HCS = Wavelength services

 This ..

 IPVPN - VM version of IPClear (over 3G, Broadband, etc etc)
