Morning all,
Apologies in advance if this is not the right place for this. Can anyone assist with a clueful contact at Virgin as I am stuck in the midst of that 'big company useless bang head on desk feeling' Trying to help a client whom are getting a secondary fibre link installed from Virgin but there are some complications involved with the internals for routing the fibre through the building - and I'm trying to speak to someone who has a bit of clue rather than Virgin's book response which is that the whole install process needs to start again for it to go back to a survey/planning engineer. Virgins currently proposed route involves major internal works. The only info from the not very helpful account manager is that it is a 'Managed Internet Access On Net Ethernet, 30mbps over 100mbps bearer'. Many thanks, Ross
