I think the key phrase here is ".... out of South Africa .... " that's cool as 
it against the flow. I'd recommend you do deals with a bunch of small ISPs in 
the country and suck up there excess bandwidth back towards Europe. 

If you do this right; then you won't need to pay anything close to "list price" 
for this. In fact it's nearly all profit for whomever does a deal with you.

Thinking it thru:

  150GB per day
  150 * 8 / (24*60*60) == ~14 Mbps average vs 95th percentile

Peanuts (even for South Africa).
