One of my MTA's is struggling to send mail to @tiscali.co.uk, @talktalk.net, @lineone.net, etc

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host mxgb1.opaltelecom.net [62.24.139.61]: 554-public.mx13gb1.int.opaltelecom.net 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.

However the MTA isn't on any 'bad' lists that I can see, and as Opal seems to be the only ISP causing a problem this suggests I'm not missing something. The box does however send a lot of automatic mail, for example private message and topic update notifications from a bunch of forums. All of these are opt-in (with address validation), have working unsubscribe, etc so only sending legitimate mail despite it being automated. I guess this is why it's been listed, I'm not aware of any other reason.

Try as I might, I've not been able to find a contact for someone that can assist with this. Equally I probably can't send them a mail anyway. Is anyone able to assist with this or point me in the right direction of who to call?

Thanks, Chris
