Hi All

Yes we would love to speak to someone here who might be helpful at virgin media
as emails to their peering address get an auto reply saying it is being dealt
with and nothing happens.

We have an issue with a customer traffic in that their route through NTT are
congested and customer has poor connectivity to/from Virgin, however they seem
to be announcing a more specific route through NTT which means that our
preference for sending Virgin traffic through Cogent fails as it sees a more
specific route.

The easiest answer would be to peer direct with virgin but don’t seem to have
much luck trying to do so!

Regards
