Folks, I suspect I can find this out elsewhere, but I thought I might ask here as so many of you have done great investigative work into the IP Bill.
The question is, do the new powers also apply to traffic that transits through the UK? Several of my providers out of Ireland have PoPs in London that are part of the path. There's another question about traffic that stays on my network but transits from Letterkenny to Dublin via Belfast, but that might be more complicated. Anything useful anyone can point me at here would be much appreciated.
