Hi lovely UKNOF folks... The heavy-handed remote hands people in a colo that shall remain nameless managed to snap off an ejection handle from a 100G CFP2 optic module, so the optic now can't be removed from the device in a normal way of rotating the ejection handle then pulling on the optic body.
Fortunately, it's on an ejectable linecard, so I'm having my Company field engineer take the slot down and eject the linecard. Anyone had any experience of coaxing one of these out of the cage, or helpful hints and tips they can share? Cheers, Mike
