Hi all,I have ordered an leased line upgrade (bearer upgrade from 100 to 1000mbit but is over existing media/fibre) from my upstream over 8 weeks ago. Now I have been informed that the provisioning time is 30 working days form the time when the order is placed with Openreach.
Is this standard practice ?
