Undoubtedly it is software, but SRX3xx only runs 15.x, whereas SRX1xx 2xx and similar run 12.x. You cannot run 12.x on SRX3xx. I have not tested if the same problems happen if you install 15.x on SRX1xx, but I would certainly imagine so. /Benny
