Afternoon folks,

A customer of mine is looking to be onboarded by OpenReach as a Communication 
Provider.  I've gone through the process advertised on their website, which all 
seems straightforward enough.

Is there anyone out there that's gone through this process recently who can 
share any insight?  Things that may take me a while to get sorted and should do 
before kicking off the process, etc.?

Any input, greatly received.
