Good luck Leigh.  We're a long-standing Wholesale Partner who also wanted to 
use Openreach services, so tried the establishment process. Openreach wouldn't 
even return our calls. It's over two years now (yes, really) of chasing and 
emails ignored, phone calls not returned, so zero progress.

Ideally I think a monopoly provider should have a regulator overseeing 
theirconduct...hey ho!  We found other routes to get what we wanted, but best 
insight....don't fall out with anyone at BT. It doesn't work like the it says 
ion the tin.

Afternoon folks,

A customer of mine is looking to be onboarded by OpenReach as a Communication 
Provider.  I've gone through the process advertised on their website, which all 
seems straightforward enough.

Is there anyone out there that's gone through this process recently who can 
share any insight?  Things that may take me a while to get sorted and should do 
before kicking off the process, etc.?
