Thanks Neil The customer is referring to it as their BT cloud phone - which does appear to be a product on the BT website.
Are any of the BT hosted VoIP solutions tied to BT internet only? I can understand the desire to prefer this option to maintain call quality, but generally this more of an advisory in my experience.
