I think leaving is the only option but others just follow their lead when they look to be getting away with it. Telehouse are far more reasonable but of late they have had their own crazy get rich quick ideas. It puts more pressure on IX when xcons approach port pricing, usually the difference incentivises moving large flows to PI so the IX doesn't have to crazy scale. It's getting close to metro fibre costs. This is not the end of it, they already get away charging far more in the USA, expect 2 to 3x increases sometime. brandon
