I wasn't clear what was being asked for, just multihop bgp without any transit or other servixe? I can see why they don't bother, I suspect running billing for just that would cost more than people would pay. We have NTT transit but similarly it'd not be worth providing a service if it doesn't cover the cost of providing it. regards brandon
