My legislation (Switzerland) allows me to redistribute (IP|Cable) TV anything free-to-air. All BBCS/ITV and such is free-to-air on Astra 28.2° East. It would just be more convenient to pick up Multicast in UK via an IX and carry it home as I'm a network guy, and not made to climb roofs... Saying that: the availability to pick up a Multicast stream doesn't make it legit to redistribute automatically. -- Fredy Kuenzler Init7 (Switzerland) Ltd.
