My legislation (Switzerland) allows me to redistribute (IP|Cable) TV
anything free-to-air. All BBCS/ITV and such is free-to-air on Astra
28.2° East.

It would just be more convenient to pick up Multicast in UK via an IX
and carry it home as I'm a network guy, and not made to climb roofs...

Saying that: the availability to pick up a Multicast stream doesn't make
it legit to redistribute automatically.
