Same with UPC Poland and UnityMedia Germany (basically all Liberty Global
networks behind Aorta?).

Let's hope it's not a BGP "beacon" prefix but with a nasty AS path or
transitive attribute that's causing bgpds to crash. Though the "irregularity"
of 1, 1, 2, 2 hours between outages calls to mind that maybe somebody is trying
to emulate Job's amazing drawing in RIPEstat.

Good luck to the engineers at 5089, 6830, and beyond. Judging from status
pages extending the outage to 06:00, it sounds like they're expecting to be in
for a long night.
