Just thinking about the recent thread, I wonder if there's be any interest in a talk on the journey from zero to being a completely independent ISP using openreach. (ie no wholesale layer).
I've been through this journey over the last 3 years consuming almost every openreach product along the way, and it's quite an eye opener, even for those who buy through wholesale today. Simon
