I can't really answer the headline question (I don't work for Openreach) but I am surprised at the text in the quote; new builds all over the country are getting fibre instead of copper... There's at least one Gentleman on this list that lives in one. I didn't think it was down to the developer to pay extra for GPON any longer? How new are these "new houses"? -- Tom
